Alex is a specialist in work based training, has an Oxford Master's in Hospitality & Leisure management and a strong operational and training background in business management.
Alex has had a successful career from unit management to that of National Brand Training, Learning & Development Manager for such brands as Beefeater, Costa Coffee, TGI Fridays, Marriott Hotels & Travel Inn. Alex has designed and implemented learning & development strategies for a broad range of management – from unit to general. She has trained senior operational management, as well as working with key individuals to identify 'talent' for organisational progression.
In-house courses and support are planned, developed and delivered that support the client’s needs and progress and develop their employees.

Anne | Human Resources | Management Coaching | Facilitator | MCIPD | MIL |
Anne is a Freelance HR and Management Development Consultant, and has recently carried out projects for Portsmouth City Council.
She is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, is qualified in the Certificate in Education (Adult Learning) and is a Member of the Institute for Learning.
Through working in senior Strategic HR roles, Anne has wide experience of people management and organisational development, structural change management projects, and managing operational Human Resources teams.
Anne has provided one to one management coaching for managers, delivered people management training and is a trained Action Learning Set facilitator for managers.
She has worked as a part time lecturer on the Certificate in Management programme at South Downs College.

Chris is an ex Headteacher, who has over 35 years experience of working in Education, with children from birth to thirteen. Chris lectures, writes and runs curriculum based courses for adults involved in schools, preschools and nurseries. She is particularly interested in the development of language skills and feels that all areas of education should provide opportunities for children to extend this vital skill. She trains in leadership and management for new leaders and can mentor heads and senior leaders as they take up their posts. She is a co-writer of education texts and wrote the poetry content for ‘It’s easy to teach poetry’ published by Hopscotch.
Di | Personal Development | NLP | Life & Executive Master Coach
Di is a specialist in personal development training and has a BA degree in Management Systems. She is an NLP Master Practitioner and best selling author of ‘NLP for Business Excellence’. Di is also a fully qualified Life and Executive Master Coach. She is a member of the Institute of Management. She has worked widely in the corporate field as well as in the public sector, designing and delivering training and coaching programmes for all levels of staff. She works with individual to boost their confidence and abilities as a manager at Senior and middle management level. She is a professional public speaker and has significant experience in both radio and television work. Di is a licensed trainer of SDI® (Strengths Deployment Inventory – a personality profiling tool) and Quantum Reading® (speed reading at 30,000 wpm).

Helen | Coaching | Leadership | Communication
(MA Oxon in French and Spanish) has international experience as an executive director of Fluidra S.A Barcelona. She is a qualified coach working in leadership, women in leadership, interpersonal relationships and enhanced communication. She is developing our leadership with values courses and is committed to working productively and effectively with leaders as part of a team or individually to support them and help develop their role within their company.
Ian | Marketing | Sales | Performance Coaching | Presentation Skills
Ian’s career includes more than 20 years experience as a sales and general manager/director in industries such as electronics, plastics, automotive, IT, security and components, after first training as an electronics engineer in the Royal Navy. He has significantly increased the sales turnover and profits for his employers and clients over this period by formulating and implementing strategic plans for their businesses.
He has a a flair for teamwork and a passion for developing people and creating environments that help them to reach their maximum potential. Ian stimulates and inspires individuals, executives and teams to identify their shadows and limiting beliefs, to transform mindsets and produce the desired results. Ian holds qualifications in individual and team coaching and is continually learning about human beings and their relationships. He also offers performance-coaching as well as marketing workshops. He works with companies to support their marketing and team building.
Ian is the former Chairman of the Business Club in the Portsmouth & South East Hampshire Chamber of Commerce and former Regional Chairman for the Institute of Sales & Marketing Managers, where he is also a Fellow.
Jim | Personnel | Human Resources | Employee Relations
has 25 years experience in human resources and consulting roles. His experience covers human resource management and training issues in telecommunications, financial services, consulting and professional services. He has wide experience in human resource issues covering strategy, recruitment, training and career development, compensation, employee relations policy and dealing with staff issues.
He has published a number of articles on training and development, recruitment and career development and has trained in both the UK and Continental Europe.
His experience includes:

Peter | Personal Development | NLP Training | Presentation Skills | Coaching & Mentoring
Peter is a training professional specialising in People Skills for business, accelerated learning and personal development. He designs and delivers creative and effective training events with practical applications of advanced techniques.
As well as being a full member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a NLP Master Practitioner, Peter also holds a M.Sc. (HRD) and a Diploma in Training Management.
Since 2003, Peter has been the Mind Coach at the Hampshire School of Excellence for talented young golfers.

Shelagh | Education | Values Education | Management Training & Consultancy | Team-building | Values-based Leadership
Shelagh Moore is a trainer in Business and Education. She works in schools as an advisor and interim manager in curriculum and management. As a teacher she has experience in Primary, Secondary and FE sectors. She has also worked on international projects in France, Norway and Poland.
A keen advocate of values in education, Shelagh has developed training programmes for leadership and management and trained trainers and leaders in how to introduce values into their establishments both in the UK and abroad. She is a member of the UK board for Living Values Education and was elected onto the board of the Association for Living Values Education International (ALIVE) as Vice President.
Shelagh has a wealth of experience of teaching in Primary, Secondary and Further Education, and has worked with students with learning disabilities and behavioural problems. She also provides support to schools as an advisor and trainer in curriculum and management as well as values education.
An education writer and member of the Author's Guild, Shelagh has published education texts at primary and secondary levels, as well as printed texts and e-texts, and has developed interactive English courses. She has also written articles on education and well-being for her local Chamber of Commerce and ‘The People Bulletin’ e- publications. She recently wrote a book ‘It’s easy to teach poetry’ for primary schools published by Hopscotch Education Publishers.
Shelagh has contributed her diverse experience and skills in the development of 'Ubuntu! Re-ignite the Spirit of Humanity', a resource book and workshop training manual currently being piloted in a number of countries through Oasis Human Resource Development
Wendy | Chartered Management Accountant | Financial Skills Training | Accountancy |
Wendy specialises in delivering financial training to non financial people. She has many years experience in both accounting and training and is a Chartered Management Accountant, qualified teacher and trainer.
Her accountancy career spans 15 years in senior financial management covering management buy-outs, SMEs and larger PLCs. She has trained people from a range of business sizes and types including manufacturing, farming, design, development, health, retail and leisure. In the public sector she has helped members leaving the armed forces in setting up and running new businesses and trained NHS managers with budget responsibility.
Wendy understands what financial skills business owners and managers need on a day-to-day basis to successfully manage. She is experienced in developing programmes to suit the needs of individuals with financial decision making responsibility and those involved in reviewing financial performance. She is focused on giving business people a sound understanding of finance enabling them to be confident when processing financial information.
